Bio

I am a Catholic, husband, father, musician, speaker and teacher. I have only been one of those for my entire life. That one is Catholic.

I grew up and currently reside in North West Ohio. I teach second and third grade at a small Catholic school during the day. At night I am a superhero who fights crime with my Guitar of Justice. Okay, so I like to dream. Aside from teaching in the classroom I write music. I love to write music. I have been writing since I was in middle school. It is definitely a passion in life.

I also love to share my faith with people. I have been involved in youth ministry since 2000. I have ministered at junior high and high school retreats, young adult events, conferences and parish retreats. I just can’t get enough of sharing what Jesus Christ has done for me.

After dating for almost six year, I married my beautiful bride in 2006. I have two beautiful sons that were born in 2008 and 2010. My family is most important to me. Without the love of my family and Christ I am nothing.

In 2007 I joined the Portage Fire District as a volunteer firefighter. I love knowing that I am helping out the people in my community. It is a rush to get on scene at a car accident or fire and do what I have been trained to do. I also love to be able to drive the big trucks. What can I say, I’m a kid at heart. I have fallen in love with it and am excited for many years in the fire service.

Aside from work and family I love to do many activities like fishing, geocaching, web site design, reading and listening to music. Football is my favorite sport. I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. I love to be outside and love the weather in Ohio. Snowy winters and warm summers are just what the doctor ordered.

I thank God everyday for the gifts that he is given me. He has blessed me with many gifts like my wife and children. I pray that God blesses you and that you can see his blessings in your life.
